Customers Demanding Better From Cable!

Have your cable prices come down lately? And what about the service you get from  your  cable operator -- has that gotten better?

It was once the job of local governments to keep an eye on cable's monopoly  power.tv But in 2006, Michigan's state legislature deregulated the cable industry in  our state. Since that time, cable's customer service has  hit all time lows, and cable's rate  increases  continue to  far outpace inflation. We'd like to do  something about  it.

It's now been two years since Michigan deregulated  cable. See our report on how Michigan's cable  customers have fared since  cable's deregulation. Like  with Enron and recent  banking woes, deregulation  hasn't led to good things for cable customers in our  state.  Read below to learn  about the ten biggest  disappointments of the cable experiment.

As always, we appreciate your interest and support.
